Social Posting App (“SPA”, “we”, “us”) is committed to protecting your personal data. This policy explains what we collect, why, and how we handle it in line with internationally recognised data protection standards.

- ·Waitlist signups: your name and email address when you join the waitlist.
- ·Account data (at launch): email address, name, and business details required to create an account.
- ·Social platform connections: OAuth tokens that allow SPA to publish on your behalf. We never store your social media passwords.
- ·Content data: captions, post text, and any media you upload to SPA for publishing.
- ·Usage data: how you interact with the platform, which features you use, and publishing history.
2. How we use your data
- ·To provide and improve the Social Posting App service.
- ·To send you early access invites and product updates (you can unsubscribe at any time).
- ·To publish content to your connected social platforms on your instruction.
- ·To comply with legal obligations.
3. Your data rights
- ·Right to access: request a copy of your personal data at any time.
- ·Right to rectification: ask us to correct inaccurate data.
- ·Right to erasure: request deletion of your data (the “right to be forgotten”).
- ·Right to object: object to how we use your data.
- ·Right to withdraw consent: unsubscribe from emails or disconnect your account at any time.

4. Data sharing
- ·We do not sell your personal data.
- ·We do not share your content with third parties or use it to train AI models.
- ·We use third-party services to operate the platform (e.g. Supabase for data storage, Vercel for hosting). These providers are contractually obligated to protect your data.
- ·We may disclose data where required by law.
5. Data retention
- ·Waitlist data is retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion.
- ·Account data is retained for the duration of your account plus a reasonable period for legal and audit purposes.
- ·You may request deletion at any time.
