• ·Social platform connections: OAuth tokens that allow SPA to publish on your behalf. We never store your social media passwords.
• ·Content data: captions, post text, and any media you upload to SPA for publishing.
• ·Usage data: how you interact with the platform, which features you use, and publishing history.

2. How we use your data

• ·To provide and improve the Social Posting App service.
• ·To send you early access invites and product updates (you can unsubscribe at any time).
• ·To publish content to your connected social platforms on your instruction.
• ·To comply with legal obligations.

3. Your data rights

• ·Right to access: request a copy of your personal data at any time.
• ·Right to rectification: ask us to correct inaccurate data.
• ·Right to erasure: request deletion of your data (the “right to be forgotten”).
• ·Right to object: object to how we use your data.
• ·Right to withdraw consent: unsubscribe from emails or disconnect your account at any time.

4. Data sharing

• ·We do not share your content with third parties or use it to train AI models.
• ·We use third-party services to operate the platform (e.g. Supabase for data storage, Vercel for hosting). These providers are contractually obligated to protect your data.

5. Data retention

• ·Waitlist data is retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion.
• ·Account data is retained for the duration of your account plus a reasonable period for legal and audit purposes.
• ·You may request deletion at any time.
